2008 Festival Program
Welcome to the 2008 Newtown Flicks Short Film Festival program. With 9 sessions across two and a half days, you're guaranteed to find something that'll tickle your fancy, spin you out, inform or just plain confuse you!

Unlike petrol and food, session prices are the same as last year with Saturday and Sunday sessions a flat rate of $11 and day passes $38. In order to keep prices down, we've foregone the use of a ticketing agency. Tickets will be available for sale at the door or can be booked by emailing us at admin@newtownflicks.com.au.

This years sessions are a mix of genres that'll take you on a journey and for the first time, even be part of the jury.


2008 Newtown Flicks Short Film Festival Awards Night
The winners will be announced, speeches will be given and music will be played.
The winning short films will be shown with post screening entertainment provided by local Sydney band 'Open'.
Tickets cost for this session are $25.
